On May 15 of this year, a memorandum was signed between the Institute for Development of Information Technologies and the Education Management Information System (EMIS) to promote the introduction and promotion of information technology in the field of education, raising awareness about information security and deepening cooperation.
The document was signed by Giorgi Gvasalia, Executive Director of the Institute of Development of Information Technology, and Dimitri Beridze, Director of the Education Management Information System.
The parties agreed to share their experiences, to be actively involved in the process of organizing and planning various events, seminars, and activities.
The first general activity of the parties is planned to hold an online conference dedicated to the Anti-Bullying Day on June 1. The conference will be organized by the Institute for Development of Information Technologies with the support of the Education Management Information System and will be attended by both governmental and non-governmental organizations. Detailed information about the conference will be announced next week.
